Folsom’s 29th Annual Run with Nature features scenic courses, starting and finishing at Folsom City Lions Park. We’ve created an event that is fun and healthy for the entire family!

Enjoy our 10k course over the Folsom Crossing Bridge and down the beautiful American River Parkway. There is something for everyone: 5k and 10k chip-timed runs, a non-competitive 5k walk, a FREE ½ mile youth run through the Folsom Zoo Sanctuary and The Wild Way!

The Wild Way course takes you on a 2+ mile adventurous run, over grass, gravel, pavement, and dirt; up hills and down hills; over fences, under barricades; through fields, along chutes; through the Zoo, up flights of stairs; and over logs spanning a mud obstacle. Take it on single-handedly to challenge your skills, or take the pack approach with your whole family and help each other through the course. New obstacles each year!

After a great race, come enjoy the post-race party, vendor fair, awards, raffles and refreshments at Folsom City Lions Park!
